The home was initially built in the 1920s and has flourished into a sprawling estate, Gulf to Lagoon, for you to enjoy. The Grove is located on Indian Pass, a small peninsula located on Florida’s Panhandle. The Grove is the perfect location for seclusion and reconnecting with those who matter most. We want to introduce you to this beautiful place and how it can be the place for your next vacation or event.
When you drive up the palm tree-lined driveway, you'll notice the main house. This home fits an entire group with several areas to hang out or relax. Once you step inside, you'll be taken back to a time when phones and electronics didn't exist. Upon entering, look up and see the Seagulls flying above. Going through the house, look up, look down, and look all around for special features.
The large cypress table in the main room is perfect for family dinners or game nights. But don't worry, with hidden porches and hammocks to bed swings, there are several places to be secluded for everyone. Five bedrooms are located in the main home, including two masters, a bunk room, and two other rooms that share a bathroom. There is no doubt that the main house will be a hub of activity during your stay.
Insider Tip: Enjoy the front porch. There is a wind chime that makes the most relaxing sounds.
Next, you'll find out two bungalows, The Upper and The Lower. These gems can accommodate more of your group or can be rented separately. Each bungalow is designed with a vacation in mind. They both have their own private access through either the Hemingway Garden or Lagoon Side and offer fully stocked kitchens. The Lower Bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a comfortable seating area right outside where you can enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking Indian Pass Lagoon. The Upper Bungalow accommodates up to 6 and has a cozy screened-in porch for enjoying the sea breeze.
Insider Tip: there are 6 fridges throughout the entire property. Two are located in the main house kitchen. This gives you plenty of room for provisions for the whole group.
The last inside area is The Basket, which will become one of your favorite places to be. This is our game room and access to the indoor pool. The Basket is also a perfect place for your groom and his group to get ready before the big day. A pool table, darts, and other beach-friendly games await you inside.
The outside areas truly speak for themselves. The Grove is one of the last few places on Indian Pass that has private access to the beach while also having access to the Indian Pass Lagoon. The almost five-acre property is speckled with towering palms and hibiscus.
Your family can enjoy a day on the beach, check out the large fire pit, or enjoy the lagoon on the private dock. Don't forget to bring your fishing equipment to see what bounty the lagoon offers.
